About Me

Why I Built This Blog — Milind Tambe

My name is Milind Tambe. I grew up in an Ambedkarite family. My father was an activist who lived and breathed Babasaheb’s teachings. Ambedkar was not just a name in our house — he was a way of life.

I studied at the People’s Education Society — the institution founded by Dr. Ambedkar himself. Every day in that institution was a reminder of what one man’s vision for education can do for an entire community.

One day I searched for Dr. Ambedkar online. What I found hurt me deeply. Thin articles. Half-truths. Some deliberately twisted to mislead young students who were just trying to learn about the man who gave them their rights.

So I built JayBhimWorld. Not as a writer. Not as an expert. As a son of the Ambedkarite movement who refused to stay silent.

This blog started as a reaction — to correct the wrong things being said about Babasaheb. But I realized that reacting is not enough. What SC/ST/OBC students need is not just defense — they need direction. They need scholarships. They need to know their rights. They need to see a path forward.
